The Terms are meant to protect all of our Web Site visitors and your use of this Web Site signifies your agreement with these Terms. 3. The domain name HouseTrader.com.cy, the slogan “the property market made easy” and  the website layout are the Company’s copyright and breeching of the copyright or misuse of the above by any person, will result to legal action  taken against that person.

HouseTrader.com.cy is not an Estate Agent or a Real Estate Agent and as such does not take part in any transactions between buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords who use our services, materials and premises, nor do we offer advice or give recommendations on any property issues and as such we do not receive any commission from either party. You agree that HouseTrader.com.cy shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers using our services.

 

5. By placing your advert with HouseTrader.com.cy you are requesting from us that your advert appear on our web site. 

 

6. All the information on the web site excluding the advert/photograph have been placed and are true to the best of our knowledge at the time of release onto the web site.  HouseTrader.com.cy will endeavour to amend any facts or statements that may change in the future.

 

7. Every user has the right and ability to edit or delete his/her advertisement by using the “Password” they receive by email when submitting their property.

 

8. The advert will remain active for a period of three or six months, depending on the chosen period. Once the offer has expired, we  will automatically notify you via email. You will then be given the ability to extent your listing or delete it from the system. 

 

9. If any of the adverts/photographs are not legal, truthful, honest, decent or misleading you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or any other cost incurred by HouseTrader.com.cy, hense losses or costs are your responsibility or any person(s) appointed by you. The property details content is the sole responsibility of the owner or agent of the property displayed. 

 

10. When you browse the site HouseTrader.com.cy we do not collect personal information about you. The only way HouseTrader.com.cy receive such information is if you provide it. Every user has the right to publish adverts by using the form in the “Add Your Property” section. No registration in the website is needed for any offers.

In no event will HouseTrader.com.cy be liable for any damages, including direct indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business, or any special damages. The advertisers and buyers, retailers use HouseTrader.com.cy as an advertising web site and do so at their own risk, at the time or any time after.

 

16. We may further advertise other companies and provide links to other websites but in no way support any material contained in the said websites nor can we be held liable for the information.
